When you use a credit or debit card to pay for your laundry, our credit card processor will run an authorization for $15. This allows you to swipe your card additional times to run washers and dryers up to that limit. If your laundry exceeds that amount, the first authorization will convert to a charge and an additional $15 authorization will be placed.

After 2 hours, any open authorization will convert to the amount actually used for your combined wash and dry. For credit cards, this change takes place once 2 hours is up. For debit cards, the authorization is converted based on your bank’s policy. Some banks update the authorization immediately while some can take several days to convert the authorization to the correct amount.

If you have concerns about a specific transaction, please send us:

– Your name and phone number
– The last 4 digits of the credit card used
– Date and Time of the occurrence.
